KT Baseball’s foreign pitcher Cuevas has been named the August Monthly MVP.
Cuevas received 25 out of 30 journalist votes and more than 23,000 out of more than 390,000 fan votes for a total of 44.4 points, beating out Hanwha’s Noh Si-hwan for the monthly MVP honor.메이저놀이터
Cuevas is the first individual and KT player to win the monthly MVP award in two years, after Ko Young-pyo in 2021.
Cuevas won all five games he pitched in the month of August, going at least seven innings in each game and totaling 36 innings pitched.
His ERA was a dominant 0.50.
